• Led the network rebuild for a client's acquisition of two vertically integrated poultry operations — breeder, hatchery, feed-mill, and processing facilities, 140+ switches. Reverse-engineered the undocumented edge, wireless, and OT security design on site, then rebuilt the first property (3 facilities, 40 switches) with one other engineer over a single Friday-to-Monday cutover: Catalyst 9500 SVL cores, 9800 WLC in HA SSO, HSRP-redundant OT network, and 12-subnet segmentation behind new next-generation firewalls
• Pre-staged configs and documentation for the second location, then cut over 4 larger sites, 100+ switches, and 30+ subnets in the same four-day window
• Led CJIS compliance initiatives for county jail and 911 center clients, including VLAN segmentation, wireless security, 802.1X NAC, and network-wide redundancy
• Implemented Duo MFA for Cisco AnyConnect VPN and SonicWall SSLVPN using SAML SSO with Entra ID integration
• Led emergency response to multiple SonicWall zero-day disclosures, coordinating mitigation and firmware remediation across 150+ firewalls
• Deployed PRTG network monitoring, created monitors, automated alerts, and built a status dashboard integrated with internal digital signage
• Managed DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing across multi-site client environments, including scope design, addressing schemes, and reservation/lease troubleshooting
• Administered Meraki cloud-managed networks across multiple client sites
